Aspiration are supporting BAA in the development and delivery of a bespoke training design and delivery programme aimed at developing the group training skills of Managers and Trainers. Aspiration continue to support BAA with the development and implementation of a Technical Learning Strategy for the Development function.

bmi selected aspiration to train and develop cabin services trainers. This involved establishing the standards required of trainers, designing and delivering programmes to meet these needs and assessing the performance of trainers. Aspiration works closely with bmi in the design and delivery of an Assessment and Interviewing programme, which covers practical recruitment skills and techniques.

bmibaby appointed aspiration to train and develop their recruitment team, training the team in practical recruitment techniques along with “Best Practices”.

Aspiration continues to work closely with Center Parcs in the design and delivery of a range of training skills programmes that deliver training that is interesting, interactive and practical.

Aspiration were key in supporting ClearChannel in implementing a range of management development programmes and an Assessment and Development Centre.

Aspiration has worked closely with Park Inn and Rezidor Hotel Group assisting them in achieving their strategy of having qualified on job and group trainers across Europe and the Middle East.
